Motherhood changes everything - and in the beautiful/manic chaos, it’s easy to lose sight of you.
These 121 post natal sessions are a space just for you: a chance to pause, breathe, and remember who you are beyond the role of ‘Mum’.
Through movement, breath work, restorative rest and weekly reflective prompts, you can reconnect with your body, your needs, and your sense of self. Together, we’ll explore where you are now, what your current needs are and how to reconnect to yourself as you navigate the parenting landscape.
The balance of each session is decided on the day depending where you’re at (parenting is a movable feast, much like Easter - and often with as much chocolate…mmm chocolate).
Sometimes you need a good workout and a chat, sometimes a deep restorative stretch and a long rest. And when you’re actually too shattered to move I’ll take you through a restorative session including a yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).
Each session is 1 hour long. I come to you, at your place or in a corner of a nearby park.

When your baby is still very dependent on you I recommend going to ‘bring your baby’ fitness classes. When the time comes that you can comfortably leave your baby/child for an hour, that’s when you’re ready to start with me.
There’s no rush, your body will be post-natal forever and these sessions are just as useful for Mums when their children start school or even go off to university - it’s never too late to reconnect with yourself.

No. This hour is ALL about you - no distractions, no responsibilities. Use this hour to take up your friend/neighbour/distant cousins' offer to look after your child(ren).

On Mondays I can host sessions at my house near Norwood Lake, Tuesday to Thursday I can come to you or (weather permitting) we can meet in a secluded area of a local park - outside sessions are my favourite!

Nope. The sessions are tailored to you and can be an excellent introduction to yoga.

I’ll give you a simple reflection point to dwell on during the next week. It’s not therapy, it’s a focus for the week that you could journal about, chat to a friend or just think about a little. The prompts are to help you consciously reconnect mentally and emotionally and help reclaim parts of yourself that have been forgotten.

You can book a PAYG session as a trial before you commit to a block booking.

These sessions are a gentle unfolding. Reconnecting with yourself takes after birth doesn’t happen overnight.
After an initial taster session you can choose between a block of 4, 6, or 10 weekly sessions.
