Private 1:1 Yoga With Fliss 

Perfect if you don’t enjoy group settings and prefer to have tailored, one-to-one yoga classes. You’ll get my undivided attention particularly if you have any injuries or limitations. 

Tailored specifically to your needs, private classes can include breath work, strengthening poses, stretching and deep relaxation.

Whether you’re an absolute beginner or have previous yoga experience, we’ll work at your pace and go deeper into your practice to find a way to make yoga poses work for your body. Ending in deep relaxation you will leave you feeling well oiled, relaxed and equipped to face your day.
